Video Conferencing: An Alternative to In Person Hearings at the Copyright Office

The Copyright Office issued a Public Notice (dated October 15, 2018), introducing video conferencing as an alternative mode of hearing in matters that are listed for hearing for applications for copyright. As per the Public Notice, those interested may request a video conferencing hearing by sending an email to the Registrar of Copyrights within 14 days of receipt the Notice of Hearing.
