While applying for a Job in the firm for being enrolled as an employee, you will be able to provide your preference(s), if any, for the seniority level as – Junior or Senior or Manager.
While applying for a Job in the firm for being enrolled as an employee, you need to apply either for the Job of an:
- 1. Administrator (Management)
- 2. Administrator (Legal)
- 3. Patent Analyst
- 4. Patent Agent.
You will need to select one and only one of these four types of Job applications.
Submit only one application in any category. You will automatically be considered for all possible opportunities in that category for the next 12 months. Do not submit a second application in the same category until 12 months from your application. After 12 months, you do need to submit a fresh application for being considered thereafter.
On successfully completing the application and submitting it, you will receive an automated acknowledgement email with an allotted application number.
If your application is shortlisted for further consideration, you will automatically be contacted by email for scheduling an interview. You do not need to and should not follow up on or remind about your application. After your interview, you do not need to and should not follow up on or remind about your application.
If your application proceeds further after your interview, you will automatically be contacted by email for completing your application for acceptance. You do not need to and should not follow up on or remind about your application.

There are no location requirements for most ALG employees, and working in an Online Format may be an option available. Otherwise, there are two physical offices currently maintained by the firm – at New Delhi and at Hyderabad, and there may be additional ones in the future
