Sheja Ehtesham, ALG’s Managing Partner, spoke on the intersection between trademark rights and copyrights as it relates to graphic logo trademarks, and best practices for using these trademarks to protect your brand in India and China. The panel discussion was hosted by Intellectual Property Owners Association’s IP Chat Channel, and moderated by Jacqueline Allshouse – Hutchens. The other speakers on the panel were Victoria Longshaw and Andreas Renck, who spoke on the Asia Pacific region and Europe.

This year’s conference ended up being a combination of packed schedules, dinosaur shows at the Science Museum, lots of sea food, some pretty crazy karaoke, copious amounts of coffee, and lots of laughter!
