During last week’s Practice Workshop (PWS) Session, Tanisha Agarwal, Associate, led a discussion on “Are there any Challenges in Enforcement of an Artist’s Moral Rights in the Virtual World?”. The session witnessed a discussion on the different kinds of artworks in the virtual world. The session also delved into the possible challenges that could arise while enforcing moral rights of artists in the virtual/digital art. The session concluded with an engaging discussion on the importance of enforcing moral rights in the virtual world.
