ALG’s Ashwani Balayan represented IPO at the Delhi High Court
Ashwani Balayan represented IPO in the stakeholders’ meeting organised by the Delhi High Court on on December 20, 2021 to discuss the drafts of “The High Court of Delhi Rules Governing Patent Suits, 2021” and “The Delhi High Court Intellectual Property Rights Division Rules, 2021” (DHC-IPD Rules).
These draft Rules were published by Delhi High Court on December 10, 2021 after duly considering the comments / suggestions received from the industry organisations, law firms, and practitioners. Most of the comments / suggestions made by the IPO have been considered and incorporated in these draft Rules.
Farewell To Sakthiya Dakshi
We announce the end of Counselship of Sakthiya Dakshi at the firm. After a mutually rewarding association of a few years, she will be leaving the firm at the end of December 2021. It has been a pleasure working with her and she will be missed dearly. We wish her the best of successes in all future endeavours.
